What form of payments do you accept?
At this time we only accept payments through Paypal, Google Checkout, check* or money order.
*Please note that your check must clear before we are able to ship your items. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
How do you ship your items?
All items are shipped via USPS and are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order. Rush shipments are accomodated for in stock items. Please contact us for 2nd and Next Day Air rates.
Do you have a bill to/ship to option?
If your purchase is a gift, we can bill you and ship to your recipient. Please contact us for more details and also ask about our giftwrapping service.
Can I purchase wholesale?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts at wholesale prices. Please contact us if you're interested in purchasing wholesale.
What if an item I'm interested in is out of stock?
E-mail us and we'll do everything we can to fulfill your request.

Yes we can! Let us know the colors you desire, pick gold or silver accents and we'll do the rest. Please contact us for a quote and lead time.
Can you make enough ornaments to decorate my entire tree? TOP
Absolutely! However, please understand this will take some time so orders placed now will not be shipped until after the New Year. Just tell us what size tree you have and what colors you'd like. NOTE: A deposit of 50% is required upon ordering and the balance is due upon completion of your order.
